The CDA Cumulative Impact Case Studies examine situations where there has been progress towards peace – in some cases sustained and in others not – in order to learn more about:
Whether and how multiple peace efforts have cumulative impacts;
How activities and successes at the community or local level, and at the national level, can be linked to provide sustainable changes towards peace;
How programmes at the local or community level (what some have called “peace writ little”) can be linked to facilitate change in the macro-level (or Peace Writ-Large) conflict factors.
The Feedback Workshop will explore a series of cross-cutting issues that have been identified through previous case consultations, in order to contribute to the process of extracting practical lessons for peace practitioners and the peacebuilding field more broadly.
Background papers will be circulated to registered participants prior to the meeting. For those wishing to learn more about the Reflecting on Peace Practice Project, visit www.cdainc.com
