Background
This networking event is an exchange on the nature and attributes of peacebuilding practice from the perspective of China, Korea and Japan. The event connects to the GPW Theme 'Global Perspectives on Peacebuilding' that explores approaches to preventing and resolving violent conflict and building peace rooted in diverse traditions and know-how across the world. The event also occurs under an emerging Asia-Geneva network that convenes scholars and senior experts from Asian countries once a year for an exchange on a variety of topics discussed in International Geneva. The meeting will also include a brainstorm on potential issue for the 3rd Asia-Geneva Dialogue planned for June 2020.
