The Geneva Peacebuilding Platform convenes a network of peace fora, or international multi-day events and conferences contributing to peace. The group meets on a quarterly basis (since summer 2020) to exchange online. Conversation is often split between logistical exchange on how to best execute conferences online or in hybrid form, how to engage audiences remotely, and other topics on how peace fora are best done, and more substantive exchange. The substantive exchange includes discussions on how exactly peace fora contribute to peace, what themes and topics are in most urgent need of our focus, and how the group may build substantively from forum to forum throughout the year.
