The privacy statement that follows is intended to help you understand how we may use the data you provide to us as a user of our site, and our online Event services (Geneva Peace Week registration, app, and website).

What information we collect and how we use it

Mailing List

If you choose to sign up to our Mailing List, we will collect the following information:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Organizational Affiliation
  • Job Title
  • Country

This information is used to circulate information on our news and events and to understand the nature of our audience, in order to better serve you. This data may also be used to create anonymous statistics on our audience outreach.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter.

Event Registration

If you choose to sign up to one of our events, we request the following information:

  • Title (Mr, Ms, etc.)
  • Name
  • Institution
  • Position
  • Email address
  • Sector of Work

This infomation is used to communicate with you about the event and to create an event participants list. In addition, this data may also be used to compile anonymous statistics about our audience outreach.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you leave our site, please note that we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting any third party sites.
