New Faces Supporting Geneva Peace Week 2025

As preparations for the 12th edition of Geneva Peace Week (13–17 October 2025) are underway, we are delighted to welcome Talisa Avanthay and Maxime Faimali as assistants to the Geneva Peace Week team until November.

Talisa and Maxime bring fresh perspectives and valuable skills that will support the organization of this year’s programme under the thematic direction “Peace in Action.” Their assistance is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of events and the engagement of our wide network of partners.

• Talisa Avanthay, the Geneva Peace Week Assistant for this year, has a strong background in international relations and peacebuilding, with experience in research, project support, and youth engagement in multilateral spaces.
   
• Maxime Faimali, the Communications Assistant for this year, brings expertise in communication and policy, with previous experience working on multilateral initiatives and international cooperation projects.
