The Geneva Peacebuilding Platform is pleased to present its 2025 Activity Report, offering a comprehensive overview of a year marked by strengthened dialogue, expanded partnerships, and sustained engagement. Building on its role as a convener and facilitator, the Platform continued to deepen exchanges across diverse peacebuilding communities and reinforce spaces for inclusive multilateral dialogue.
A key highlight of the year was the second edition of Geneva Peace Week meets, which travelled to Addis Ababa, further strengthening interregional exchange and connecting peacebuilding perspectives across contexts. The 12th edition of Geneva Peace Week also stood out as a central moment of convening, alongside a wide range of events designed to reinforce partnerships, sustain the Geneva–New York connection, and contribute to broader efforts to strengthen multilateral cooperation. Throughout 2025, the Platform also continued to grow and diversify its global network, reflecting its ongoing commitment to inclusive and collaborative peacebuilding.
As the Platform looks ahead to 2026, the report also reflects an important moment of transition, as preparations advance toward the Geneva Peace Forum, marking a new chapter in the Platform’s convening role and its engagement with the global peacebuilding community.
